This used to be a metablog, a blog about blogs. Now it is just a blog by me: Kaye D. Sweetser, Ph.D., APR. It's a blog on social media, research, teaching, Navy, life. It's all fair game for mass communicating.

WDS: I find myself totally living on twitter & never thinking about my blog anymore. That is why it took me 2 months to log in to approve your comment!

Amber: I have the white one 30 min one, which Phil gave me. Then I bought the pink 1-hr one! Now there is the mino ... but I think I have all my flip needs met at this point :)

Kaye, I too love my Flip video camera. But the big question is-- what color did you get??

Funny thing about Twitter (I notice you've linked to my post on using it in emergencies): when I first looked at it last spring, I thought it was inane -- or at least the ways it was being used "wow, that was a great sandwich." Now I blog less and twitter more. Particularly when you add hashtags (i.e., #Obama) you can go to hashtags.org and see how a wide range of people do tweets on the same event, etc. in real time. quite addictive.
